Upsales- This mechanic allows you to offer the customer additional products along with their main purchase, thereby increasing the average order value (AOV).

  • Products / product categories - Specifies a product purchased by a customer and a recommendation for this product. Based on this recommendation, the template of the message to be sent to the customer is configured with the aim to upsell and increase the average order value. For example, a customer places an order for a purchase of a mobile phone, and a rule, upon receipt of such an order in the system (and based on the given recommendations) sends to the customer an email message with the products recommended for purchase together with the phone

  • Actions for the rule

Note

In the template, you can set a number of conditions according to which the system will determine which products should be added to the message. These conditions are set based on twig templates . For example, products that are frequently sold or viewed, or the products that customers viewed for a long time.
