This block contains the main information about a customer, such as name, gender, phone, e-mail, etc. Custom fields can also be displayed here by clicking on the "gear" icon.

The customer's time zone is displayed next to the phone number.

If you click the Segment name link, you will be redirected to the settings of this segment.

Sometimes you may have to deal with duplicates, which refers to instances when the phone or email address of one customer is the same as that of another customer in the system. If the data is a duplicate, then a link will appear next to the phone number or email indicating the number of duplicates found in the system.

For customers who have a telephony system connected, you can press the “handset” icon next to the phone number to make a call to that customer.

All changes to the data on the customer's card are recorded in the "History of changes".

How is email/SMS validity checked?

Validity icons are displayed for the phone number and email address. Validity is determined in real time.

If the phone number is invalid, the message "Does not match the international phone number format" is displayed.

Email address validity is checked through:

  • compliance with RFC standards;
  • DNS (existence of domain and MX record);
  • the address must not be registered on a temporary service.

Validity is checked when entering the order/customer card and when sending email/SMS.

Opposite the customer's email address, the message "Spam complaint!" may also be displayed. This message appears automatically if the customer marked an email as spam. The text is also displayed next to the email address in the order card, and next to the email address when trying to send an email from an order/customer card.

If the specified values ​​do not correspond to validation or you receive the "Spam complaint!" message - you will not be able to send messages to this customer.
