Communications in the customer card

In the customer card, the "Communications" block includes the following general indicators: number of sent SMS and email messages, chats, and incoming/outgoing calls.

If a customer unsubscribes from store mailings, a corresponding entry will appear showing the date and time of unsubscription.

Communication statistics are updated when a status is received from the operator (email / SMS) or at any action in a chat (sending / receiving a message).
