The manager card contains the main information about each manager, including: their personal data (name, email, phone number , registration date); key performance indicators (number of processed orders, average order value, etc.); and their recent activity with orders and customers.
In the "Recent activity" block, a list of the latest orders/customers/calls for each manager is shown. The maximum number of elements displayed is 50. You can go directly to each order, customer or call by simply clicking on the corresponding links in the list.
If the manager is not connected to a telephony system, call history will not be displayed in the block.
