The universal widget allows you to build your own reports based on specified parameters.

This article explains how the widget works, how you can generate reports on required indicators, and how to set up the indicator axes to visually display key information on the required parameters.

What does the universal analytics widget look like?

The first axis allows you to select an indicator, the data for which must be displayed in the widget. For example, source (where the customer came from).

The second axis contains numerical indicators that show the profitability of the store. The second axis also displays custom fields using the "Number" field type. The widget shows two values: sum and average.

In the widget, you can select a third optional parameter - segmentation. Adding an additional parameter splits the column into separate sections, which will allow you to obtain a complete and detailed picture on the selected criteria. As with the required axes, you can click on the title to select the desired parameters.

Note

If you select the "Average order value" option on the second axis, segmentation on the third axis becomes unavailable. With the required "Source"/"Income" axes selected, let us set, for example, segmentation using the "Region" indicator in the same widget. The column is divided into sections - segments. Now you can see the amount of income as a percentage that is received from certain sources. Also, due to the specified segmentation, we can view the regions from which customers came.

If the third parameter is selected, the title of the widget is formed as [3rd parameter] / [1st axis].

You can also add additional data for analytics to be collected. Custom fields are used, which can be created in the system. For details, see the related article.

Additional data in the drop-down list of the first and third axes is marked with a "human" figure and is located under the main list of indicators.

The settings allow you to specify which parameters should not be included in the totals.

Where "Order statuses" or "Status groups" are selected as the parameter of the first axis, there is an additional setting - "Filter orders by date of transition to status/status group".

. You can also export a specific indicator in one of four formats: xls, csv, xml and json.
