Time limits for chats

In the "Time limits" tab you can configure the visual display of expired dialogues. Time limits can be set both by default for all channels, and for each channel separately. Two time parameters in two fields are specified in the settings: "Warning" and "Time to process the dialogue" (required field). Upon reaching the time specified in the "Warning" field, the dialogue is marked in yellow. Upon reaching the time specified in the "Time to process the dialogue" field, the dialogue is marked in red.

The countdown starts from the customer's last message. Dialogue reassignment does not reset the counter. That is, the marker will be displayed in the dialogue until a manager replies to the customer.

Note

The minimum value is 10 seconds. The specified time must be a multiple of this value.

The messengers in which time limits can be set are outline in the next section.
