Activating chat widgets

In the "Widgets" tab you can configure the correspondence between channels and stores. That is, orders and customers created via the widgets to the right of the chat panel with the corresponding channel will be bound to a specified store. If the correspondence between the channel and the store is not specified, then it is not possible to save the settings. This correspondence also directly affects the creation of orders from the dialogue and the building of analytics by channel type.


After connecting a new messenger or adding an additional channel on an existing connection, you also need to configure the correspondence between the channel and the store.

In the "Widgets" section, the "Order", "Products" and "Tasks" widgets can be activated and deactivated. When active, these widgets are displayed in the chat dialog.

For the "Order" widget, you can configure the order method and the type of order to be created via the dialogue.
