In this setting, you can configure the tooltip text (text that is displayed when the widget is closed) and the delay in displaying the widget after loading the page (specified in seconds).
Note
The maximum delay is 10 minutes.
Open state
In this setting, an introductory text is set that will be displayed immediately when the widget is opened on the site.
In the "Offline mode" block, the the feedback form display settings are configured. The form appears if the managers responsible for the Live Chat are offline.
