Offline mode in Live Chat

In the "Offline mode" block, the the feedback form display settings are configured. The form appears if the managers responsible for the Live Chat are offline. The Live Chat widget monitors the status of managers every 30 seconds.

When you activate the "Apply offline mode" option, additional fields will appear that will allow you to: set up responsible managers, send a message in the chat to the customer, and configure fields for an offline form and a message after sending the data. Once you have selected the fields, you can make them mandatory.

After filling in and sending the form, the system automatically creates an order with the data entered by the customer.

For the order you are creating, you must specify the order method.
