Global manager status

There are 4 types of global manager status: free, busy, lunch, and break.

The global status determines the system's automatic distribution of orders; dialogues and calls (if this function is supported by your connected telephony system).

In order to exit the distribution queue, the manager will need to select one of the following statuses: busy, lunch, or break. Distribution of orders, dialogues and calls will not occur even if the employee is actually still working in the system.

The selected status is saved to prevent any problems if the user is logged out or the system is re-authorised.

By default, new users begin in the 'free' status.
