Status is the global status of the manager, which is set in the system. There are 4 types of global status: "Free", "Busy", "At lunch", "Break".
In case of logging out and re-authorisation in the system, the selected status is saved.
By default, a new user is assigned the status “Free”.
Online status is the manager's authorisation status in the system, i.e. the manager's actual presence in the system.
Status and online status affect the automatic distribution of orders, dialogs and calls (if the connected telephony supports such a feature).
Logic of operation of the user online status
What status will a user have if they have left the RetailCRM tab open on the device but do not perform any actions for a long time?
The user will have the online status.
Can the system detect that the user is online if RetailCRM is open in a browser, but the tab itself is not active at the moment?
The system can detect that the user is online. However, it should be taken into account that the user's browser may unload active tabs from memory, which can lead to the online status no longer being displayed. A similar situation occurs when RetailCRM is open in the browser, but the browser itself is minimized.
How long after closing the RetailCRM tab will the user be switched to the offline status?
User status changes to offline 90 seconds after closing the tab or logging out from the system.
