In the "Contact form" block, you can configure how the form that will appear in the Live Chat before starting a dialogue is displayed.

In the first field you can specify the message that will be displayed above the form. Below, the fields themselves are configured, which are required to be filled in by the customer. One of the specified fields must be required.

Remember to save your changes.

The module is configured. Now messages from the Live Chat will be uploaded to the chat in the system.

The configured widget on the site looks like this:

In the area that messages are typed, a paper clip icon is displayed which is used to send a file or image to the chat. Clicking on the icon will open your computer's explorer to select the required file. After selection, a window will appear with the selected files and the option to send.

File and image uploads are limited in size. The file size must not exceed 5 megabytes, and the image size must not exceed 3 megabytes.

You can send a product or order card to the customer via the chat to get acquainted with the order details or product information.

Note

The operator's name and avatar are displayed at the top of the chat for 30 minutes after the last reply to the customer.
