By connecting the VK Messenger module to the system, managers will be able to receive messages from VKontakte users and reply to them on behalf of the community via the system interface.
Prior to connecting, you need to create an API key that will be used to exchange messages. The key is available in the "API access keys" section.
When creating a key, you must activate the methods of the "Integration" section.
How to connect a VKontakte group to the system
Integration with the messenger is established via a token created in VKontakte.
Go to the "Marketplace", select the "VK Messenger" integration module and click on the "Connect" button. On the connection page, you need to specify the system URL and the previously created API key. Don't forget to save your changes.
After saving, the "Bots" tab will appear. Specify the token-key (access key) of the VKontakte group, as well as the group ID. After filling in the fields, click on the "Add bot" button.
The "en" / "ru" option allows you to specify the language of system notifications within this widget in the chat, as well as the language when transferring of the customer's profile name in VKontakte.
The integration is now complete. Incoming messages to the group will now be automatically uploaded to the system.
The group ID is in the "Callback API" tab.
Please note that there is no need to click the "Confirm" button in the "Callback API" tab. The settings are applied automatically and you don't need to apply anything manually. If pressed, the integration will not work.
