The bulk creation of tasks function is relevant in a number of situations. For example, your courier is sick, and the delivery time of the product to the customer is shifted until another courier is found to replace the sick one. In this case, it becomes necessary to create a task for a manager to call the customers and notify them about the delay in delivery of the product.
To create tasks in bulk, you need to tick the orders for which this operation is required and click "Actions" > "Create task".
A maximum of 100 orders can be subject to the creation of a task at any one time.
A pop-up window will then appear, in which you need to fill in the data related to the task being created. This data is similar to that which is entered when creating a task in the "Tasks" tab of the "Activity" section.
