A task can be found using filters, which work in the same way as in the order and customer lists. See the corresponding article.

When you click on "Show ... of ... future tasks", the list will display the tasks with a due date later than the current one first (i.e tomorrow and after).

Bulk changes to tasks can also be made in the list of tasks. There are three options to choose from:

  • change the allocated manager
  • mark as complete
  • delete tasks

To make bulk changes to multiple tasks, you must tick the checkbox to the left of each desired task. The "Actions'' will then appear. Upon clicking, a menu will appear where you can select an option of interest.

You can also mark a task as complete or delete it using the corresponding icons, which are located to the right in the task bar.

The editing of tasks can be restricted in the user group settings.
