The "Movement of products" section contains entries for creating tasks to move products from warehouse "A" to warehouse "B" (where warehouse "B" is the shipment warehouse).. The shipment warehouse is specified in the order in the "Shipment" block.
One entry in the list of movements can contain several products from different orders, where the warehouse/supplier and the shipment warehouse are the same. To see which products are in a movement entry, click on the entry itself. After clicking, you will be taken to the section showing the collection of products from warehouses.
How to move products
To carry out a product movement, that is, to confirm that the products are in the shipment warehouse, mark the products by ticking the boxes and click on the "Move" button. After this action, the warehouse for the product in the order will change, and a check mark will appear in this section about the movement performed.
Automatic product status change during movement
To enable automatic changes a product's status, go to the main settings in the "Warehouse" section. Activate the "Reservation of stock balances" option. After activation, the "Status to which products are transferred during movement" field will appear. In this field, select the required status to which the products will be transferred.
Note
The product status will change only after movements have been made for all packages.
