The user profile is an additional panel that shows the manager's global status, the current balance and plan, and provides access to automatic payment settings.

Manager global status

There are four global statuses: Free, Busy, At lunch, and Break.

The global status affects automatic order distribution, automatic dialog distribution, and call distribution if the connected telephony service supports this feature.

The selected status is preserved when the user signs out and signs in again.

New users have the Free status by default.

Balance

This section shows the current system account balance, including charges for SMS messages and WhatsApp Business dialogs.

Note

The balance in the profile panel is updated in real time, while the balance in the personal account is updated the following day. The values may therefore differ temporarily.

The top-up process is described in How to top up the system account.

Plan

This section shows the current plan—Trial, Free, or Professional—and the license validity period.

Note

The panel shows the combined duration of all licenses purchased for future periods. The number of days remaining on the active license is shown on the License tab in the system personal account.

The process for changing plan settings is described in How to change plan settings during the current billing period.

Automatic payment

This section provides access to automatic payment settings and shows which options are enabled. Enabled options have a green check mark; disabled options have a gray cross.

Usage indicators

The profile also shows the limits and usage of purchased packages.

Customer database

Shows how many customers in the system can be included in marketing campaigns. A customer must have at least one contact detail: a phone number, email address, or chat.

The value on the right shows how many more customers can be added to marketing campaigns under the purchased package.

Email package

Shows how many emails have been sent from the system and how many remain available. When the package is exhausted, a notification is sent to the email address specified in the system personal account.

Loyalty program participants

Shows how many customers are registered in the loyalty program. The value on the right shows how many more customers can be registered under the purchased package.

Note

Access to the indicators in this section is configured in the user group permissions.
