Where do the messages from the feedback form get?
All customer requests made via the feedback form on your website get to the "Orders" section in the system. The message itself will be displayed in the "Customer comments" field in the order card.
Important!
For orders created from the feedback form and when ordering products from the site, those types of order and methods of its placing, will be specified, which have the "By default in API" checkbox active. If this checkbox is not specified, the corresponding fields of incoming orders will be blank.
For what reason can empty orders come from the site?
Check if you have pages with a feedback form. When a customer fills in a feedback form, information about it is displayed in the "Orders" section. If the “Customer comments” field is filled in an empty order, it is highly likely to be an order from the feedback form.
If the order is empty and the “Customer comments” field is blank, then probably in the feedback form the field for entering a comment (by default called "Message") is disabled or is optional for filling.
To activate the field, go to the site editor, then go to the page with the feedback form, click on the block with the form and in the pop-in window on the right, in the "Form" tab, configure the fields in the section of the same name.

When a customer registers on the site, information about him is displayed in the "Customers" section in the system.
