The global report displays the total and average telephony and calls-related metrics over the entire lifetime of the manager in the system, for example, total and average conversation time. Filtering of the reporting list by date, manager and group of managers is available. To configure the columns with parameters, click on the "gear" icon.
When filtering by date, calls on the specified date are taken into account. If the manager did not have any calls, they will not be displayed in the filter results.
