The online report displays the total and average telephony indicators for the last manager's session in the system, as well as whether the manager is now online (and their status).
In the online report, you can filter the list of reports by manager, group of managers and manager status. Let's consider some values from the online report table:
- manager status (possible values: online, offline, break, lunch)
- time in status (since the transition to this status)
- time spent in a conversation (since the last transition from offline to online)
- average time of conversation (since the last transition from offline to online)
