The "Processing expiration" widget shows how many times (and in what statuses) a manager's orders were marked with the "Expired" flag for the specified period. Non-working hours are not included. The report is based on the manager responsible at the time of expiration.

The settings for the company's working hours are located in the Settings section (the fields “Working hours” and “Non-working dates”).

Three parameters are configured in the widget:

  • number of orders
  • average time of expiration
  • total time of expiration

Additionally, the widget can be segmented by order status.

Note

Segmentation is not available if you select an option in the "Average time of expiration" axis.

The settings allow you to specify which parameters must not be included in the total indicators.

Viewing available indicators and graphs on one page. When viewing, it is possible to download a specific indicator in one of four formats: xls, csv, xml and json.
