Forward direction (from OpenCart to CRM)

Customer

Organization

Changing a corporate customer in an OpenCart order occurs in the "Billing address" column.

  • Change to an existing corporate cistomer in CRM - a new customer is not created. In the CRM order, the corporate customer will change, the billing and delivery address data from the OpenCart order will be transferred to the corporate customer card in CRM
  • Change to a non-existent corporate customer in CRM - a corporate customer, contact person and company will be created in CRM. The corporate customer will change in the CRM order. The billing and delivery address data from the OpenCart order will be transferred to the corporate customer card in CRM

Reverse direction (from CRM to OpenCart)

Customer

For a change of a corporate customer to take place in a CRM order, it is necessary to fill in the "Company name" field in the "Legal and bank details" column.

  • Change to an existing private person in OpenCart - A new private person will not be created in OpenCart. In the OpenCart order, the customer will change in the "Customer" section and in the "Delivery" section, the full name and phone number will be changed
  • Change to a non-existent private person in OpenCart - no new private person will be created in OpenCart. In the OpenCart order, the customer will change in the "Customer" section and in the "Delivery" section, the full name and phone number will be changed

Organization

  • Change to an existing corporate customer in OpenCart - In an OpenCart order, the corporate customer will change in the "Billing address" section.
