Forward (from WooCommerce to CRM)

Customer:

  • Change to an existing customer in CRM - a new customer is not created. The customer will change in the order of the system.
  • Change to a non-existent customer in CRM - a customer will be created in CRM. The customer will change in the order of the system.

Organisation:

Changing a corporate customer in a WooCommerce order takes place in the "Billing address" column.

  • Change to an existing corporate customer in CRM - a new customer is not created. The corporate customer will change in the order of the system.
  • Change to a non-existent corporate customer in CRM - a corporate customer, contact person and company will be created in the system. The corporate customer will change in the order of the system.

Reverse (from CRM to WooCommerce)

Customer:

  • Change to existing WooCommerce private person - No new private person will be created in WooCommerce. In the WooCommerce order, the customer will change in the “Customer” and “Delivery” sections, the full name and phone number will change.
  • Change to non-existent WooCommerce private person - No new private person will be created in WooCommerce. In the WooCommerce order, the customer will change in the “Customer” and “Delivery” sections, the full name and phone number will change.

Organisation:

In order to change a corporate customer in the system order, make sure to fill in the "Company name" field in the "Legal and bank details" column.

  • Change to existing corporate customer in WooCommerce - In a WooCommerce order, the coporate customer will change in the "Billing address" section.
  • Change to a non-existent corporate customer in WooCommerce - In a WooCommerce order, the customer will change in the "Billing address" section.
  • Change of contact person in CRM order - the full name, phone number, Email in WooCommerce order, in the "Delivery" section will change (if they have changed in the system).
