In the demo version, the uploading of incoming emails is not available.
Various filters can be applied to the list of emails, similar to the filters of the list of orders or customers .
The line of the email allows you to open the profile of the customer to whom the email belongs, and also to view the customer's orders.
To open the email itself, you need to click on its subject.
If the incoming email has not yet been read, the corresponding marker will be displayed on the left, highlighting the subject of the email. It's possible to filter unread incoming emails in the "Inbox" field.
A paper clip icon is displayed next to the subject line if the message contains an attachment.
If the setting for uploading incoming emails is active and the uploading was successful, the letters are marked as read.
If the file format is not supported, a message will appear stating that the file uploading has been skipped.

When collecting emails from the Gmail mailbox, there may be connection problems due to the service's security policy. It is recommended that you create a second email account specially for the system and set up message forwarding in Gmail.
To do this, enter the required email address in the settings ("Forwarding and POP / IMAP" tab, "Add forwarding address" button).
Filters are available for additional settings.
There is an alternative option for configuring incoming emails on Gmail, however it directly affects security and account access.

If you log into the mail from a different IP addresses, a security code periodically appears, which is unblocked if you follow the link https://accounts.google.com/b/0/DisplayUnlockCaptcha.
