Data books

A number of fields in the system are filled in by selecting a value from the drop-down list. You can set the available values ​​for such fields on the "Data books" tab.

Setting up order types

Using order types allows you to configure the automatic distribution of orders in more detail, and the output of printed forms for a specific group of users.

Configuring the order channel

Order channels are used to specify the source from which an order originated. You can set up a specific order channel, for example, a trigger for sending an e-mail or SMS.

Delivery types (main settings)

Delivery types are the link between the integrated delivery service module and the order card. In the delivery type settings, you can edit information about tariffs and delivery formats.

Setting up the delivery cost

Using these settings, you can set the condition for calculating the delivery cost for a specific country or region, as well as take into account weight, order sum, days of the week and delivery time in the calculation.

Setting up payment types

The "Payment types" tab contains a list of all possible payment options that are available in the system. Payment types can be integrated with acquiring modules.

Setting up price types

In the "Price types" tab you can set up rules for displaying prices. For each price type, you can specify a set of conditions that determine whether or not a certain product price can be used in an order.

Setting up payment statuses

Payment statuses show the current state of an order payment. The most common payment status indicates simply whether the payment has been made or not.

Setting up invoice statuses

The "Invoice statuses" section is required to set up correspondence between invoice statuses and payment statuses when integrating with acquiring modules.

Creating couriers

In the system, you can create couriers to be made available in the order card upon selecting "Delivery by courier" delivery type, as well as when shipping orders to the delivery service.

Creating units of measurement

Units of measurement that are available for selection in the product card. Units of measurement can also be transferred when uploading a catalogue.
